by crafts persons, individually or in groups, and who are residents of
Malta. This category is also
open to students and apprentices.
Conditions
1. Applications may be submitted by a crafts person, by an
organisation or by a business (from now on referred to as the
Applicant).
2. Only one crafts product (from now on referred to as the Product) may
be presented in each application and each Applicant cannot submit
more than one application in this category.
3. The Product can consist of a number of pieces that make up a set
(but not a range of the same product).
4. The Product being presented must have been produced by the Applicant
in the two years immediately preceding the date of the competition (in
the case of this year’s competition, these will be 2010 and
2011). Each winning Product cannot be presented in the competitions of
the
following years.
5. With each application, the Applicant is requested to attach a

should explain why this is not possible and this will be considered by
the Selection Committee. In the case where the Selection Committee

the reason as being valid, the Selection Committee reserves the right
to view the Product on site.
